I went to the store to purchase a carry on bag, I was shown one that seemed rather small, but was told it was very close to the regular size, she did try to upsell me a small bag to go with it for half price, which I didn't actually need. So I went ahead with the purchase, my card was playing up, but the Manger was more concerned with her cell phone and texting someone, and kept having to ask her to reset. After 3 times I gave up and used another debit card. The frustrating part is that I then went on to another store, who were most helpful in making sure that first card worked. I did complain to the head office, as it seemed to be the store manager there that day, and I have been totally fobbed off, some talk of retraining etc.. and sorry we did not meet your expectations, no talk of replacing the smaller bag with the correct size, very frustrated at the way I was treated. This is truly the last time they will get my custom.
